Genius olive oils is manufactured with extreme attention. From the layout of the field to the planting techniques of precious Arbequina seeds, all process was designed for perfection. We use a special machine to collect olives at its best stage for the perfect olive oil, in less than 1 day without touching the ground. Within few hours, the most precious liquid is being stored in extremely hygienically steel tanks before meeting top level design bottles. This is genius from bottom to the top.

We take extreme care of our trees and olives. We inspect them day by day. Follow their growth and scan all for their colors. When they want to tell us it is the time to leave the tree, they change colors into a magical apple look. This is the time! But they are not so patient to wait. We have only hours to collect them. Genius farm has a tailor made machine to race with time. As one of the most crucial steps for the perfect olive oil is to collect them at a specific color stage, this machine is a legend! The one of two brothers across Europe. To make this happen, the field was designed for the operation technique. We even sacrifice some of our products by leveling down the trees for the perfect timing… Sacrifice brings perfection.

Our farm is 24 hectars. We have more than 38.000 trees to get the perfect fruit. Each and every tree is inspected by professionals at every stage. Our own watering station, connected to automated system, provides the exact amount of water to the trees. Everything is calculated. Everything is planned and designed. That’s what it takes to be a ‘Genius'.
